Your photos, catalog, selection decisions and metadata are processed and stored only on your computer. EASY does not edit, move or delete your original photos. Because access (license key and download) is delivered automatically once payment is confirmed, all purchases are final. There are no refunds, returns or exchanges for any reason, including buying by mistake, a change of mind or an incompatible device. To the extent the law allows, Imagia Technica is not liable for loss or damage of data, lost work or income, or indirect losses, and our total liability does not exceed the license price you paid. Always keep a backup of your originals.
